(Pictures to follow when I've got the right cables with me)
The next day I jumped back onto the bus and headed for Rotarua. In Rotarua I went white water rafting on the Kaituna river, we rafted down the highest commercially rafted river in the world. (a 7m drop) I got a little wet during that one!
This is a 1m drop water fall, (practice for the big one) I'm the one on the back right of the photo, I'll try and find a better one for the next post.
and then had dinner with a Maori group at the Tamaki Maori village. They gave us an authentic Maori welcome. I was not envious of the elected chief of our bus! After all of that the dinner was fantastic, and delicious. I should have got a photo of the food! maybe next time!
All my love, Sueby

Sueby: I imagine if there was sound, we would hear the "screams". That looks terrifyingly fun. Dave went whitewater rafting in the Valley years ago but I don't think it was anything like what we see here. WOW!!
Love, Jud
Which one is you? Loved the birthday present, but Dad is busy trying to make it work. I thought you were going Black Water Rafting, or can't you have pictures there? Keep the pictures coming Love ya
